Despite their reputation as a global leader in orthotics and prosthetics, Ottobock was struggling to raise awareness and adoption of their new mycroband® cranial remodeling orthosis among American consumers and care providers; a challenge that had the industry giant contemplating the withdrawal of this unique product from the U.S. market altogether.
Approach
Building from the ground up, Modern Impact led a holistic client discovery process that provided clear understanding of consumer pain points and motivation, care provider protocols and objectives, and key product attributes and benefits for all concerned. Then, based on these insights, we set out to craft more refined brand positioning, target-specific creative and content strategies, a collection of multimedia marketing assets, and a dedicated product website – all of which complement and integrate with global brand strategy and technology.
